The 1% Pledge
A small share of every hire goes somewhere that matters.
For every successful placement Cream makes, we route 1% of the placement fee to a cause chosen by the candidate who was hired. Not our cause — theirs.
Candidates pick from a small list of vetted partners during onboarding, or nominate one of their own. We send the funds quarterly, in their name, and send them the receipt.
