Privacy
This page is maintained by the Cream team to answer common privacy questions about the Cream network. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
Information you give us when you apply or build a profile — name, work history, role preferences, compensation expectations, and any links you choose to share (LinkedIn, work samples). For clients: company, hiring needs, and team contacts.
How we use it
To match candidates to roles, send introductions you've approved, and operate the service. Candidate identities are masked from clients until you grant access. We never sell or rent your data.
Who can see your profile
Only the Cream curation desk by default. Clients see masked previews of vetted candidates and must request access to unlock identifying information — which you can approve or decline per request.
Storage and security
Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security policies that scope every read and write to the authenticated user. Transport is encrypted with TLS. We don't store passwords — authentication is handled by our auth provider.
Your rights
You can edit your profile from Settings, pause introductions at any time, or ask us to delete your account. Email hello@cream-connects.lovable.app and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your theme. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
