By using Cream you agree to the terms below. They're written plainly on purpose.
Membership
Cream is invite-only. The curation team decides who is admitted and can revoke access if a member misuses the platform, misrepresents themselves, or violates the spirit of the network.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape profiles, share unlocked candidate information outside your hiring team, spam other members, or use Cream to recruit for anything illegal or discriminatory. Mutual respect is the only rule that matters.
Introductions and hiring
Cream facilitates introductions; it is not a party to any employment or consulting arrangement that results. Compensation, contracts, and outcomes are between the candidate and the hiring company.
Fees
Membership is currently free for vetted candidates. Hiring companies are billed per successful placement, with terms agreed in writing before any introduction is made.
No warranty
Cream is provided "as is." We do our best to vet members and keep the service running, but we don't guarantee any specific outcome — a hire, an interview, or continuous uptime.
Changes
We may update these terms as the network evolves. Material changes will be sent by email to active members.
